PRESIDENT AND CEO

GEOFF BENNETT

Geoff Bennett joined Trajus Corporation as CEO in February 2023. Trajus companies include Republic Elite MultiFamily, Barbosa and Trajus Surfaces. Geoff’s broad experience as an executive leader across domestic/international public, private and private equity backed organizations is focused on value creation by driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, and both market and acquisitive growth. With over 25 years of executive leadership with companies like Precision Castparts, Assa Abloy, Cornerstone Building Brands and Therma-Tru Corporation, Geoff has acquired the skills necessary to lead and grow our company. Most recently, Geoff served as CEO of Cascade Windows, a private equity backed west coast manufacturer, distributor and installer of residential windows and doors, serving both multi-family and single-family residential new construction.

Geoff and his wife, Tracey, enjoy sports of all kinds and spending time with their family and friends. They live in the Dallas-Ft Worth area.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Tiffany Kvitek

Tiffany Kvitek  joined Trajus Corporation as CFO in September 2023. Trajus companies include Republic Elite Multifamily, Barbosa and Trajus Surfaces.

Tiffany Kvitek is a seasoned financial management executive with a strong track record in optimizing performance, profitability, and success within companies at multiple stages of growth. She excels in using expert analysis, reporting, and forecasting to identify opportunities for improvement, including helping to poise companies for strategic transactions. She has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, IT, treasury, and operations management.

Tiffany has a demonstrated history of strategic leadership and being a catalyst for change in public, private equity and family-owned companies. Her background has included working with mid-size to large private, public and private equity companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Danaher Controls, MW Industries, Cornerstone Building Brands, AGC Aerospace.

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

ADAM SUMROW

Adam Sumrow is Chief Revenue Officer for Trajus Corporation, former Chief Business Officer of Republic Elite Multifamily Interiors, and Founder and former president of Elite Multifamily Interiors. He has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily interiors industry.

Adam has served on the Multifamily Builders Council Board of Directors for the Dallas Builders Association for 8 years and was recently elected as the 2024 Vice Chairman. Adam is recognized throughout the industry for his leadership in bringing cut-to-size granite countertops to the U.S. He attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he majored in Business Administration.

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

JOHN TOWNSLEY

John Townsley is our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the Trajus companies including Republic Elite. John has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources & organizational development. Most recently John joins us from Avant Healthcare Professionals, a privately held long term healthcare staffing company with over 1,800 employees across 43 states. John also brings a wealth of experience in both private and publicly held companies including Danaher, Cardinal Health, Crane Co. and was a managing partner at Top Performance HR, an HR consulting firm focused on small to mid-sized company’s HR needs. John also has direct construction experience at Balfour Beatty as the CHRO of the Americas division. With this breadth of experience and his seasoned approach to human resource management & development, John is a tenured thought leader on Republic Elite’s team.
John and his wife originally hail from Tennessee but enjoy their newly adopted state of Texas.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

STEVE GARWOOD

Steve Garwood is the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Marshall & Lawrenceville manufacturing sites. Steve brings tremendous experience in operations leadership and continuous improvement. Steve has worked in a variety of roles and industries with increasing leadership responsibility, most recently as Managing Director for Crane Merchandising Systems. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Illinois State.

BRYAN JONES

Bryan Jones, VP of Install & Supply Chain learned the ropes of the Multifamily world the old fashioned way, he started in the field. Motivated by providing exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency, Bryan empowers his team to provide efficient & responsive solutions to get the job done. Bryan credits his success to his entrepreneurial spirit. Through his real estate & logistic investments he has learned real-world leadership lessons that empower Republic Elite to have a best in class installation team. Bryan attended the University of Louisiana Monroe where he majored in Business Administration. He resides in Rockwall with his wife & 3 amazing kids.
