Limited Warranty
Republic Elite, LLC. warrants its materials and installation services furnished in connection with each specific project conform to the approved drawings, specifications and samples for the project and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from Substantial Completion for the buildings thereof in which the product is installed (hereinafter “the warranty period”). Warranty claims must be submitted to Republic Elite, LLC. in writing no later than 14 days after the expiration of the warranty period. During the warranty period, and at the sole option of Republic Elite, LLC., defective material and/or workmanship shall be replaced and/or cured; OR Republic Elite, LLC. shall refund the purchase price of any defective material. In no event shall Republic Elite, LLC. be liable for any incidental and/or consequential damages of any sort whatsoever. The remedies available to any purchaser of goods from Republic Elite, LLC. shall be as set forth herein and shall only be available for the warranty period.
