President and CEO

Geoff Bennett

Addison, TX

Geoff Bennett joined Trajus Corporation as CEO in February 2023. Trajus companies include Republic Elite MultiFamily, Barbosa and Trajus Surfaces. Geoff’s broad experience as an executive leader across domestic/international public, private and private equity backed organizations is focused on value creation by driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, and both market and acquisitive growth. With over 25 years of executive leadership with companies like Precision Castparts, Assa Abloy, Cornerstone Building Brands and Therma-Tru Corporation, Geoff has acquired the skills necessary to lead and grow our company. Most recently, Geoff served as CEO of Cascade Windows, a private equity backed west coast manufacturer, distributor and installer of residential windows and doors, serving both multi-family and single-family residential new construction.
Geoff and his wife, Tracey, enjoy sports of all kinds and spending time with their family and friends. They live in the Dallas-Ft Worth area.
Chief Revenue Officer

Adam Sumrow

Addison, TX

Adam Sumrow is Chief Revenue Officer for Trajus Corporation, former Chief Business Officer of Republic Elite Multifamily Interiors, and Founder and former president of Elite Multifamily Interiors. He has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily interiors industry.

Adam has served on the Multifamily Builders Council Board of Directors for the Dallas Builders Association for 9 years and was recently elected as the 2025 Chairman. Adam is recognized throughout the industry for his leadership in bringing cut-to-size granite countertops to the U.S. He attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he majored in Business Administration.

Tiffany Kvitek

Addison, TX

Tiffany Kvitek joined Trajus Corporation as CFO in September 2023. Trajus companies include Republic Elite Multifamily, Barbosa and Trajus Surfaces.

Tiffany Kvitek is a seasoned financial management executive with a strong track record in optimizing performance, profitability, and success within companies at multiple stages of growth. She excels in using expert analysis, reporting, and forecasting to identify opportunities for improvement, including helping to poise companies for strategic transactions. She has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, IT, treasury, and operations management.

Tiffany has a demonstrated history of strategic leadership and being a catalyst for change in public, private equity and family-owned companies. Her background has included working with mid-size to large private, public and private equity companies such as Baxter Healthcare, Danaher Controls, MW Industries, Cornerstone Building Brands, AGC Aerospace.

Tiffany and her family reside in southern Colorado and enjoy the outdoors and travel.

Chief Operating Officer

Steve Garwood

Marshall, TX

Steve Garwood joined Trajus Corporation in March 2021 as Senior Vice President of Operations for the REI Multifamily business. In December 2023, his responsibilities were expanded to include the Barbosa Cabinet and Countertop business, Strategic Sourcing and New Product Development as Chief Operating Officer. Steve has broad experience as an executive leader across domestic/international public, private and private equity backed organizations spanning a variety of industries. With over 27 years of executive leadership with companies like Danaher, FARO Technologies, Crane Co., Steve brings tremendous breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing and operations management to Trajus enabling him to drive business improvements and operational excellence across the business. Prior to joining Trajus, Steve, served as Managing Director of Crane Merchandising Systems a manufacturer of vending and telemetry equipment serving markets in the U.S. and internationally. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
Chief Human Resources Officer

John Townsley

Addison, TX

John Townsley joined Trajus Corporation as CHRO in June 2022. Trajus companies include Republic Elite Multifamily and Barbosa Cabinets. John has over 30 years of strategic human resources leadership working with both publicly traded and privately owned large and mid-sized, national, and international organizations including Fortune 50 public companies. He has led human resource initiatives in technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and construction markets. John has expertise in talent lifecycle, leadership development, employee and labor relations, business analysis, compensation, benefits, mergers and acquisitions and organizational change management.
He brings a deep understanding of cultural diversity working with organizations that have a global presence, most notably across Europe and Asia. His HR and Compliance background is extensive, having worked in engineering and construction with Balfour Beatty, technology with FARO and Syniverse, manufacturing with Emerson, Danaher and Crane Co. and healthcare with Avant Healthcare and Cardinal Health. John holds a BS degree in Management from Murray State University.

Bryan Jones

As EVP of Business Operations at Trajus, Bryan Jones oversees operations from the REI HQ in Addison. Starting in the field with Republic Elite in 2007, Bryan learned the multifamily industry through hands-on experience, steadily rising through the ranks. Driven by a passion for exceptional customer service and a sense of urgency, Bryan empowers his team of over 100 salaried employees and over 500 sub-contracted installers to deliver efficient, responsive solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time. His effective management style and entrepreneurial spirit have fueled his success. Bryan attended the University of Louisiana Monroe where he focused his time studying Business Administration. Bryan resides in Rockwall with his wife and three amazing kids.
